Wood Stove Exchange Evaluation Tools and Tips

The best way to evaluate a wood stove exchange program is to assess the program's tactical implementation, as well as the emissions benefits and community-health impacts. Evaluation can be done through such research tools as telephone surveys, in-depth interviews and focus groups. This report provides templates of survey tools, and tips for successful program evaluation.
