Clean Air Issues in British Columbia

The Ministry of Environment carried out a review of the Waste Management Act in 2003. As part of this process, several discussion papers were
prepared for public review and comment, including Clean Air Issues in British Columbia. Following the review, the Waste
Management Act and the Environment Management
Act were replaced by the Environmental Management Act (July 8, 2004). The views and comments
in Clean Air Issues in British Columbia do not necessarily reflect those of the ministry.
