Measuring Our Success
How clean is our air, and how effective have our actions to reduce air pollutants been? See the B.C. Air Action Plan, Measuring our Progress.
This site reports on the levels of PM2.5, and ground-level ozone, which pose the biggest risk to human and environmental health.
British Columbia and the rest
of Canada (except Quebec) have committed to significantly reducing these pollutants by 2010, under the Canada-wide Standards for Particulate
Matter and Ozone.
